Anybody on here have a IH 3309 or NI 5209 disk bine mower ? I have a guy that came into work with a mower that he's had for 5 years and now is giving trouble .
This spring he got tangled up in some copper wire and now the far end is plugging up . He says the hay don't bother it's the straight grass in waterways and
wetlands that bunch up . The end turtle has a cone shape piece standing on it with some square stock welded on it and behind it bolted to the wall is a piece of
flat bar that I'm guessing is to keep the grass from going around . I had to fix the bracket welded to the wall and new knives but its still bunching up and kicks
out a big ball . id like to know if my repair is done correctly as the IH pictures and the book don't show this piece .
