Another set of parts to identify?

Probably the last of the bunch for now. I have numbers on them so it's easier to talk about. Really curious about 1a and 1b. Some kind of single piston type pump?

you got A and B answered,.. # 2 looks like a pressure plate from something. #3 is the end of a horse hitch pole, such as a wagon or hay
rake or mower. #4 looks like spacers for something. #5 looks like a pto shaft maybe off grain truck.

Thanks! Interesting about the horse hitch since years ago back in the woods we found a bunch of the old horse drawn equipment from the farm (corn binder, Tedder and galvanized hay loader) kept the loader where it was but someone came to take the rest for restoring. It was old pasture and it seems like they just stopped using it and then moved to power.

#4 spring shackle brackets on a truck?

2 looks like a brake plate for disc brakes on a tractor or a pressure plate to a clutch with a broken ear and warpage. 5 Is either a roller drive for the feed rolls to an old corn chopper or a PTO to a truck hoist. Could also be for other uses as well. Length would determine a lot on the purpose it was used for.

Air pump was made by/for John Deere. I have owned a couple of them, still have one that I use. Parts were still available (pump leather, anyway) a few years ago. They get a little wobbly from wear so just run the PTO at an idle. Works for me.

Nice! Farmer friend that has an m, a 40 and one other one has it now. He said he could use it and his sweet corn is darn good so I like to help him out when I can.

#2 if you clean off the spider webs and make the numbers and letters easier to make out is the clue to know what it is from, but clearly it is scrap iron from the warp and
broken tab.

#3 can be horse related, to me it looks like the clamp on a wood beam for a harrow where the chains attach. All kind of the same pieces.

#5 you need to show the hole in the coupler, is it round with a key way or is it pto splines.....
