Dunham-Lehr loader, mid-70's model on a DB885. The current cutting edge is a replacement and is shot. Thing is, between the bucket center and the left side of the bucket the bottom the current cutting edge has an upward bow of over a half inch.
Is it a fools errand to weld in a new cutting edge on a bent bucket bottom?
Once the existing cutting edge is removed is there a chance the bucket bottom might be agreeable to attempts at straightening?
Might be better off visiting one of the local skid-steer attachment mfg's near me for a new bucket.
