I bought a 515 Ford mower at auction many years ago, with the intent of using it to trim brush along a dirt road. I figured as it has no pitman, I could run it up to nearly 90 degrees with no problem. I'm getting ready to make it operational, so I finally looked an operator's manual, and it says no more than 45 degrees. Has anyone run one of these above the stated 45 degrees?
