Advice needed re New Holland S68 feeder/knotter clutch h

Need some help here. Have been stripping down my standby NH Super 68 which I use for parts and have problems with the clutch hub on the feeder knotter drive. To be honest this whole shaft from the main drive through the tine feed gearbox was a nightmare, with seized woodruff keys and gears that are fused solid to the shaft.

Anyway, as in the photo the spring loaded pawls which engage in the clutch plate are totally seized in the down position. Normally lots of penetrating oil, hitting it with the hammer and a bit of heat loosens them up, but not this baby!. It has been heated till it glowed with a blowtorch and nothing moves. Tried putting a slot in the top of one to see if it would rotate a little, but no movement. There appear to be two spring loaded nipples which do work, but nothing you can get a grease gun on and very difficult to even get penetrating fluid down them. Woundering about other possible approaches? Was think of drilling a small hole in from the other end of the pistions and seeing if I can push them out with a drift? or drilling and tapping into the face of them to gain some leverage?

Open to suggestions. I don't think the previous owner believed in lubrication!!!

Took the plunge and drilled a 1/8th inch hole into the base of the plunger recess and tapped them out with a thin drift. Cleaned off 60
years of gunge and corrosion, nice clean up with steel wool, greased with copper lubricant and they are back in and operating smooth as
silk!
