Who made this one row planter?

Found this for sale. I have no familiarity with planters. Trying to figure out who made it so I can see if it's missing anything, and figure out how to set it up. I can makes out Williams on the tag, but nothing else.

Just a guess but I am thinking Dempster It probably started out as a 2 roll. I have some planter units with the
drive wheel on the back like that I think my Dad bought the planter for the 3 point toolbar arrangement. I could
look at them further if there is still interest?? Cleddy

Look up Covington or Cole and see if they look right.
