"Can I make it work on my Ford 3000?" depends up on the mounts. Most loaders are 'universal',will 'fit' a multitude of tractors. Only the mounting brackets are tractor specific.Only way to find out is some up close observation. grab a tape measure, observe bolt holes, and other things.then you can make a determination.Often times,a set of mounts can be easily modifyed to fit a different tractor with a little torch work and welding.
