IH Part - What is it?

This unopened bundle of IH parts has been laying in my dad's garage since the 1960's. Looks like some sort of parts replacement kit or accessory kit. It still has the IH Parts
Tag on it. Part No. 459389R91-B.

It almost looks like a Lift-All lever kit for one of the W series tractors. Maybe a trip lever accessory for a trailing implement. Could be an unloading auger lever for a combine. The 459 prefix number is familiar, but I can't place it. Did your dad have a W6 or W9? How about a pull type combine?

If anything, post down on the IH board & see if one of those guys knows what it is.

I think Dad just got this at some auction. He didn't have anything that it went with.
