40 years ago i picked up an abandoned b200 ground driven spreader with the intent of getting it back to work. it is complete, i greased it up everywhere, repainted it, welded some flimsy sheet metal sides to it and stuffed it under a tree. to become a project. i now am twice as old as the spreader, am slowly packing up fond memories and toys etc, i want to give it to a tinkering soul.
parts are readily available.
the only thing missing is one side of the sheet metal. the rest is complete, but!
needs new tires (300.- pair -at pete's) new floor...plywood covered with vinyl? you not gonna spread wet fresh manure with this! or synthetic deckwood???, the sides could use plywood enforcing. the roller bar and of course a new mantle, about 300 bux readily available.
