(quoted from post at 15:39:37 08/06/20) Kuhn Tedder for starters

Looks like a GF440?

Agree GF440T. ID sticker would have been on the outside of the down leg of the left drawbar angle iron , about where the safety bar bolts to both drawbar angle irons. Looks like the one we have.

I see what you mean, all thats left is some glue where a tag would have been.

I know what was wrong with this tedder, the input gear and cover inside the gearbox broke. We pulled the cover and shaft off of our Kuhn GF4 and they seem to fit, but when turning the shaft it turns hardish. The tedder that broke seems to have shims while the gf4 doesn't. Anyone have a parts diagram for these or a manual for them?

You can get the manuals on line at the KUHN website . https://www.kuhn-usa.com/ Go to their home page and find the "New MYKUHN Portal", click on that and follow the steps. You will need to register and give info on the tedder. I would use GF440T for the model and A1141 for a serial number. Do that and you should be able to find manuals.

(quoted from post at 07:12:03 08/07/20) If you can lookup john deere parts, put in 752 in model search

Some parts may be the same but the 752 gear box doesn't look right, I don't think his has a rear cover like the 752 does.

If these pictures look right I still suggest trying the KUHN site.

(quoted from post at 11:27:32 08/07/20) It looks like a New Holland 158 Tedder is the same thing or am I mistaken?

The 158 is a model I've read posts about being a rebranded GF440, but I don't have first hand knowledge of that.
