Fold over harrow??

Is anyone familiar with this harrow? It appears to be a type of fold over. I assume if the back half folded up over the front it would make the front twice as heavy and much better for cutting fire brakes or working compacted soil.
It seems that if you removed the bottom bolt, of the two on each side, the back half would fold over to the front.

Ok, we’ll call it a disk. (My father always called them a disk harrow).
My original question still applies, is it supposed to fold over?

Those four bolts at the fold point would get badly wallowed out after a few hours use unless it is used on smooth ground. The two angle stock pieces just behind the "fold point" appear to be added on post production.

Thanks to all who replied.
I ran into an old friend today who ran the shop at our local Ford Tractor place for about 30 years. He couldn't recognize the brand of disk but confirmed that Ford did in fact sell a disk very similar to this one back in the 8-n days. As he remembered, on the Ford disk, the back section was in two pieces (left and right) that were connected by a bar. You disconnected the bar and folded one half over and then the second half. Probably to make it easier for one person to fold it.

Thank you.
I've had this old disc for over 40 years and never used it much. Never tried to fold it. I do need to cut some fire breaks later this summer and thought this might be a
good tool.
Yesterday's forums are very informative and the people who contribute their knowledge are to be commended.
