Ford Dearborn #13 spring cultivator

I have the Dearborn #13 3pt cultivator with spring tines. It has the single rolling fin (like a no swivel coulter).
I noticed the fin is not exactly centered. About 2" to the left. Does it make any difference?
I am moving the spring tines for 36" rows (was 30"). Lots of rusty nuts.

Any tips on using this to cultivate corn?

It really shouldn't matter as it's purpose is to reduce side sway when cultivating crops.

Well it is working pretty good. A surprise is it a Pittsburgh Forgings tagged cultivator. I figure a company somehow caught up in the Ford vs Ferguson fight.
