I have what I think is a Mccormick Deering 50 baler [twine]. Where on it can i confirm what model and serial # it has. It was shed kept till last yr to make way for newer equipment. Also is it easy to find parts for it?
Can't decide whether to sell as/is or get it running first, and then selling - would the extra work even be worth it - given its age? It's got good metal.
Dad quit using it, cause said he was getting tired of walking alongside while it was baling. It was kinda finicky. But as a former 14 y.o., it put out some heavy, tight bales.
I like that it is engine-powered, so tractor strength doesn't matter.
For those who've sold equipment how does FB marketplace compare to craigslist?
