I'm trying to get the yoke off the shaft to the gear box it has couple springs and two pins inside the yoke one bolt in the center

Are you sure they're springs or is it a mechanics wire? Those usually have a hole drilled through the head of the bolt with a wire to keep it from turning out.

Sounds just like the overrunning clutch on a New Holland baler. The yoke should be free to rotate one way, and lock up the other. Just take the bolt out and tap the yoke off.
