John deere 39 sickle bar question

Hi i was wondering if anyone has any manuals for a john deere 39 sickle bar. The left side of the mower picks up fine but the right side doesnt seem to barely pick up. trying to hook it up to a ford 8n.
 
I don't have a manual at hand, but as I recall the mower's arms that parallel the underside of the tractor's 3-point arms and the mechanism associated with them provide action/motion to lift the outer end of the cutterbar.

IIRC, adjusting the length of the top link (tilting the mower backwards or forwards a bit) affects how the cutterbar lift acts.

If you do any adjusting there, the cutterbar tilt lever inboard of the cutterbar MAY have to be adjusted to put the cutterbar back to "flat", fore and aft.

The other adjustment of when the outer end lefts vs. the inner end is mad with "stop screw" #8, and turnbuckle, #'s 13 and 14.

Ahh my luck lol. I tried adjusting 13 and 14 and it snapped off is there a cheap source for those parts?

#13 is part #Z1377H (about $72 through the DEERE dealer) and #14 is part #AH12006 (about $106 through the DEERE dealer).

Parts can easily be repaired by anyone with a oxy-acet torch and a welder, though.

Heat #13 red hot, and allow to cool completely a couple of times, remainder of threaded rod will easily unscrew.

Cut off remainder of threaded rod on # 14 and weld on a length of "all-thread".
 
Okay i think i got those pieces repaired when i try lifting it the spring just stretches and doesnt pick up the right side ive tried to adjust all those pieces you mentioned
