IH 48 disk

What are your thoughts on a model 48 IH disk?
I looked at one today. Has wings but no wing gangs...thats ok, i can only pull the center sections. Blades are good. Has all scrapers and all new sealed bearings. No welds or cracks. Paint fair. Tires are cracked. It has a new lift cylinder, but not the right one. What do you think it is worth?

I got a 47,a neighbor bought it when he bought his 52 M tractor,it's got the long stroke cylinder for the low pressure tractor, works great, i got a 1,000 lbs of suitcase weight's sitting on the two inside stringers,on the nose weight holder from a 1066 tractor, Goes in the ground good, use to use it when i farmed to disk the slough's in the wheat fields, after harvest! The only thing wrong it's got them 14 inch tires,my wings are off also, it would be worth 800 bucks to me, if i was 20 years younger. Buy it u will like it !
