help repair my hay tedder

have a niemeyer hr301-d serial 3325 and one of the tine arms fell off. the bolt has broke up in the housing that the bolt goes thru. best i can tell have to take the whole disc that holds all the arms off and replace the bolt from the inside. it looks like maybe flip it upside down and take a roll pin out of the shaft thats coming up from the wheel thru the disc and out the top side of the tedder. after removing the roll pin pull the whole axle and disc with the tines and everything out of the tedder frame and hopefully see the broke bolt at that point and replace it, does that sound like the correct way to do it? im posting some pics of it below.

looks like would have to be something holding it all together besides that but im just not sure.

i did find a somewhat useful parts diagram of it here

Mine is a Kuhn, but when I work on it I flip it over and follow pretty muc the same procedure as you plan.

All I can say is that that is how the Kuhn comes apart.

Does the bolt screw in from the bottom?

The bolt that holds the tine arm on my New Holland/Kune tedder, when I bought it, was broke off at the gear housing. We tack welded a nut to it and
the thing came right out?

Good luck,
Bill

from the top and is hidden

I've had a couple apart, and that is how it is done on those anyway. Kind of a pain to
handle-awkward. Mark.
