JD 24T baler parts

My 24T engine driven baler needs the belt tightener pulley, bearings failed. Any leads to find one would be appreciated.

Looks like the pulley uses two needle bearings, JD8811, which are still available.

Was it run long enough to wipe out the bearing "shells" and damage the pulley?

Complete pulley, AM3318E shows nla. If damaged, it could be bored for a sop-made repair sleeve to make new bearings fit again.

Another problem, the needle bearings run on a hollow "shaft", E11299E, which is nla from DEERE, as well.

This is a wild idea, but there is an equipment dealer in Lancaster county PA, Edwin Horning and sons. Maybe call them as there are also many Amish farmers in that area running engine powered balers.
