Going through the NH 311 baler adjusting and fixing as I work my
way through the manual. After removing, fixing and putting the
plunger in a couple of times. I noticed that there are 3 hay dogs on
top of chamber and room for two on the bottom, but no hay dogs
installed on bottom. This baler was previously used for baling grass
hay for 37 years.
Any reason they would not be there. Pins and springs are still there.
