my guess would be something that may have had a name but was really a generic that a fleet franchise would have sold in the 70's or 80's .

I would say Electric also, maybe sold by the Oliver Corporation. I got a Electric Tandem, with 8 bolt wheels, but mines painted red, the silver sticker is still on the rear bolster !
