So, earlier I had posted for a replacement coulter for my Ferguson plow. First, I was starting with the assumption that I needed a Ferguson coulter. Several responses pointed out that this was a misconception and it was. I contacted Burch Stores Tractor in NC and they had a different brand that fitted right up. Good folks to deal with.
Second, I needed to replace the disk I had. It was worn from roughly 15.5" to 10". I contacted WearParts. They custom drilled a disk to my dimensions for ~30$. It just arrived and fits like a glove.
