how to install blade spindle? Woods RM-59

I have a factory blade spindle assembly for my RM-59 finish mower. Has anyone here installed one? How can I best position the mower deck to work on it? I have garage with concrete floor, also have come-along and chain hoist available. I have copy of Woods' booklet that explains some details of the job. I have no air impact wrench, no use of torch. Hoping someone has done this job and can coach me. Thanks!

I guess I don't understand what your asking? Take the belt off, Jack it up reasonably high, and put some good blocking under
it for safety, and change it. We have a 59" woods mower on a Farmall C, Is that kind of what your talking about? Taking the
spindles apart and changing the bearings is another story, they're not really serviceable, but they can be if your talented
and determined!

Hi, Russ:
I think you are saying it is not very hard. I have the new spindle assembly which includes main casting that bolts to deck, also bearings and shaft preassembled in the main casting. I think I need to raise and support the deck high enough I can get under it to loosen the bolt that holds the blade to the shaft. Also need to make replica of woods' tool to hold my spindle pulley and shaft from turning while I loosen the bolt in bottom of shaft. I intend to try in a few days, depending on weather. (I don't stand the heat like I used to.). Thanks much for the reply!!
