new antique disc

I recently purchased a disc harrrow and i believe it is a john deere based on model numbers of parts that i have been able to recover from it however i am unsure.
The disc is a three point disc that is 7' across when i measure, there are 2 gangs of 6 disks in back with 2 gangs of 6 cutter discs in front. A couple of model
numbers that i have found on it include a disc bearing VR2780, what i think is a spacer number 300228 and a part number HA860. I would like to restore the disk to
look brand new but would need some help trying to identify the model disk i have so i could get the correct parts.

I agree with Leroy it might be a model KBL or possibly KBY. Can you post a photo? Being a new member you might have to ask permission to be allowed to post photo from Chris at email address support at yesterdaystractors dot com

Here are a couple pictures needs some work
but it's solid. I have an antique B to go
with it we fixed up with a three point

Definitely not a KBL or KBY. I think it's not a JD but need more close up photo to determine for sure. The part number don't resemble JD part numbers either.

Jim, when I posted that it might be a KBL he had not put up picture yet and I just assumed he knew what he was talking about with it being a John Deere lift disk. So I just posted the only moddle I knew Deere made in a lift disk of KBL but I did know there was also a different model number that I could not think of in the KB series. Even with that very poor picture I can now tell it is not a Deere but have no idea on make either.

I'll have to get some better pictures maybe. Any idea what those part numbers might be from? Is it a pieced together king kutter disc? I've never seen a frame this heavy before.

You have a model edha case disk. I would love to have one. came out about same time as eagle hitch vac, sc tractors.

Thank you very much for your reply and idea if they make parts for them anymore? I'd like to stick with the same parts but this one seems to have been neglected for a while so the one gang axel got rounded down.

laskow, I performed major repair work on an old KBA disc 25 years ago. I believe that I got the parts from Shoup's. While Case is now under CNH, It has long appeared to me that most people get their parts from one of the after market vendors, so you should have no problem.

Shoups 25 years ago different line of parts. I dought that they have parts now for anything over 20 years old, At least everything I looked for they did not have. And his disk is way older than what they normally carry parts for. When I looked in catalog everything listed I had never heard of because it was too new for me.
