16' forrest city do all

Hello everyone,

Just picked up a 16' forrest city do all at an auction. Going to be using it for tilling our alfalfa fields. I was just curious on what everyone's thoughts are on this type of implement and how well it works the ground. We bought it for $500 and it seems to be in great shape. Very solid, minimal surface rust. What is something like this worth and does anyone have any good sources for parts or a manual?

Thanks!

Horsegirl, Having never heard of them I looked it up and found that it comes in some very different formats. You would need to post some pics in order for anybody to know what you have. This site requires that you make a few posts before you are permitted to post pics. You can also go down to "site comments" and ask permission. However it is equipped I can see that you will need a big horse in front of it.

I heard ECS House Industries handles parts for the Du-All. Many of the high wearing parts should be available from Shoup, Sloan etc
