Krause Field Cultivator

Anyone running a Krause field cultivator, specifically a 4200HR model? Just picked one up. It is a 21? 7? model 4218HR unit. It replaced a 19? John Deere 940 field cultivator.

There used to be a lot of Krause equipment here, disks and field cultivators were pulled behind red,green, and orange tractors.

When I was a child , Dad had a fair sized Krause chisel plow. Same colors as your cultivator. Pulled it with a somewhat souped up Massey 1130. There was still untilled prairie on the farm then. We ripped up some of it for row crops with that chisel plow. It worked quite well as I recall. That was in the early 1970's. Nice looking field cultivator you have.

That?s a good looking outfit you?ve got there . I have always liked the ford tractors and that cultivator looks like it will handle a lot of trash
