Ezee flow spreader adjustment

Howdy, I need some help, I have a ezee flow spreader 12', and the adjustment for spreading is worn and unreadable, does anyone have one forsale or know of one, or if someone has one and wouldn't mind measuring the opening of the spreader, when it is at 100 lbs per acre, 125, 150, 200 lbs per acre. thanks for any and all help. Also I bought this thing used

I found that "4" was about 400lb/acre of fertilizer. Jacked the spreader up, put a tarp under it and collected the fertilizer and weighed the amount put out over the "distance" I turned the drivewheels.

I have a 8 ft model with a pretty good chart but I've got it put away for the winter.
I'll have to see if I can get to the lid the chart is on.
Google zee flow spreader chart and you may find something.
