And that disk will do just as good as a wheel disk. The only advantage a wheel disk has is if you need road transport. Or go into mud you should be staying out of.

Yeah, I guess that's why the equipment companies still build so many of them! A 7 ft 3-point disk, Yes, a 7 ft wheel disk, yes, a 7 ft trailing drag disk, one that's rusted solid, NEVER! You guys absolutely amaze me at some of the terrible answers you give people. If the original poster has need for a disk at least suggest he get an implement he can use without having to beat it with a sledge to get it to work.

He's probably getting the rusted up 7 footer for 50 bucks, and can handle the work it will take to fix it. Maybe he can't afford the $500 it would cost for a good used hydraulic model that's ready to go. Lighten up, Doc, not everyone has surgery privileges at a hospital and the income to show for it.

dpesn't say anything in his question about having hyd or 3 pt on his tractor. Give him a little credit. He wouldn't be "looking" at a drawbar type pull disc if he had either of those. SO...our "terrible answers" probably did him more good than yours , given the question he actually asked about. have a great day.

I agree Leroy maybe not that handy to move unless you have a loader on a fair size tractor but it will do a good job
