I just bought this j I case 8 ft field cultivater rope trip, works, any ideas on model or year or have parts thanks dusty

Mid 50s...parts like hens teeth to find....hen's teeth would be easier.

Hard to see in picture exactly what it is like but looks very much like the Deere CC series like the CC147 or CC-A. I had several of those in the 8' size. I wonder if parts from Deere would fit?

Leroy, Right click on the picture then click on View Image and it should flip the picture right which will make it easier for you to figure it out. Doesn't work for me though, as I haven't a clue

Not saying that it's not a Case, but looks alot like a Deere CCA. I have some curved shanks for a CCA if you are interested. Chris
