IH 2000 loader

Just go down to your local steel supplier and buy what you want. 4",6",or 8". They will cut what ever length you want. You can cut the old one off with torch and weld new one on.
Kinda a job but I did dozens of them when I had my fab shop open. Or you can drill and bolt the new one under the old.

You can buy new bucket edge at a welding shop. Bucket edge has a taper on the front edge. I usually buy enough to go up 4-6 inches on the side of the bucket. If it extends beyond the sidewall it makes an excellent hook to snag bale rings to relocate them. I fill in with weld where they join to the bucket edge.

my dad use to get used blades off of roadgraders from the local county shop they were already hardend. we had the local welding shop put them on .

I worked for a John Deere Industrial dealer and we stocked several sizes and thicknesses o drilled cutting edge. 5/8" bolts on 6" centers, cut to length needed. They also stocked bolts. PB625200 was a plow bolt, 5/8 dia. by 2"

Township Road Commissioner I worked for two summers when I was in college had a list of a couple dozen farmers that wanted grader moldboard replacement edges, couple were on the list a couple times every so many years, however long they lasted.

I know they are heat treated well, my old next door neighbor 30 years ago told me he rejected a couple semi-truck loads of replacement Deere blade and bucket replacement cutting edges due to runs in the paint from their heat treat supplier. They used the same heat-treater that I used for my 100 and 110 inch long by 4 inch and 5 inch hammer pins for scrap metal shredders. Imagine a hammermill feed grinder 8 feet in diameter and 9 ft wide tied to a 5000 to 7000 hp electric motor. Scrap yard in Detroit had us build a SUPER-DUTY rotor, they had a mountain of Detroit diesel engines out of city busses, after about a month the mountain was gone while keeping up with their normal daily production.
