Anyone out there have a five lug Electric Wheel 15 inch rim? Mine has the "bubble" type hub with a hole in it. Not sure of the wagon model but its very old.

Probably not as that lug spacing is on a bigger diameter than the truck wheel. And that part you dont understand is like about a third of a ball there instead of the center hole and that is the grease cap for the bearings. Coop used a 5 lug version. Some wagon gears and I have one made in Troy, Ohio that used a 6 lug wheel and that is same wheel used on the Hobart trailer type welders and that style was popular in from 1946 to possibly mid 50's and I think all were 16" rims. With the advent of the tire changer machines they would only work with the center hole in rim and not a closed center rim so that style that was supposed to eliminate the lost grease cap on the hub went away. Never new Electric to have used that style wheel. Coop was all I ever knew of to use the 5 lug version.
