What is the difference between a C-24-P and a 28?? They both look the same, have the same parts and etc.

not sure on those - but I know with the mowers for the A's there were two similar models - I want to say the a 21 and the a 22. I may have those numbers wrong but my point is that the difference between the two was one was a more "heavy duty" mower for industrial use. You can easily tell the two apart by looking at them - the regular one has one spring, the heavy duty model has two.

Not sure if it's the same with the c's - but figured I'd throw it out there since I didn't see any other replies.
