what brands should i be looking at for a good quality roatary cutter? probly gonna have to buy used to be able to afford one.
i have found a used 2004ish john deere mx10 local for 3500 that looks really good, i have read several people with gearbox troubles on these?
have a dealer nearby that can get me a brand new tennessee river implements (TRI) mower for 4500. he says they are built really well. i have heard good reviews on there smaller mowers but havent really seen any for the 10ft pull behinds. i do notice in the pictures they dont have a carrier bearing on the pto shaft. is that a bad thing, or not that big of a deal?

i dont think im gonna find any others around this price new, 4500 would be my max i would spend, but would rather stay around 2500-3500. problem with used is they probly done gonna be wore out.
does anyone have any experience with the TRI mowers?
