Can anyone tell me what model this drill is? The only legible wording is the CASE stamped on each end.

It is a 13 hole with 7" spacing

Looks like they are but there is a list of options for the "L" series drills, the form # is to the right of the book type example "OM" = operators manual,, "PC" = parts catalog ect,, yours should have more letters than just "L" as yours has the fert boxes but I am guessing as I have only seen on "L" series out here and I own it lol we have all "D" series Case drills around me,, just a guess again but I think yours may be a "LFA" but with this chart you should be able to narrow it down, I should have the parts books to be sure also but will have to dig them out of storage, I put a ink mark to show the range of options, SORRY when I post to this sight it always has them as I scanned it even though it is rotated on my end,, I can email this to you if you cant save the pic and rotate on your end,,

Darin after going through all of my grain drills books I see I misspoke the model, yours seems to be a "DF I will get you the correct form # for a ops sorry about that

sorry I did not,, I have not got any emails in a day or two I see something my be going on I will check tomorrow,, I also will have the seeding chart I can try sending one to you as it seems like I can send them,, if you want to post me your email
