I might still have an original manual for a Super 68 around home if interested.

They seem to make a good bale. You can make the wind rows a good size, but they can be slow. 2.5 MPH is a little too fast when baling with these when we do it. Depending on the size of your tractor you will snap the bolt off the fly wheel to pto. A Ford 3000 will run it but will shake a lot. Our Ford 6610 wouldn't shake when running the baler. The baler also has a Wisconsin THD which is loud, but works good for its age. The previous owner was running a jubilee on the baler. Seems like we are on 68 # 3 or more. My brother and me have used this baler twice baling fields and 3 or 4 times re-baling broken bales.

The photos are from back in 1st of June right before I baled. Sorry for the upside down photos.

Decent baler for small operations when in good condition, easy to work on. I still use mine. Can buy operator manual online. Probably hundreds of threads on this baler in archives

Neighbor had one. Couldn't get it to tie, so he traded it for a new MF. Dad bought it. Replaced the plates that kept tension on the twine ahead of the knotters and it was pretty reliable. Chaff would sometimes build up in/under the knotters and cause problems. We go in the habit of raking out the chaff after each load.
