McCormick Deering threshing machine

I just bought a 22x38" McCormick Deering threshing machine. I was trying to figure out what year it is. It is on rubber wheels but was wondering if there is a serial number plate somewhere on it or if the machine number that is painted on the side would be the serial number? Also where is a good place to find out what year it would be.

On older Case machines the size and serial number is stenciled inside the rear hood ahead of the blower.

if I recall from the McCormick in the shed, serial number is painted under the cylinder on drive side. Haven't looked it over to ever see if there was a tag. Not sure on finding year either, sorry.
