I need to know where the 3 wires hook up on the monitor at the tractor side. The owner lost or didnt get the wires from the female end plug. I figure the big wire goes to the battery but have no idea where the other two wires go.

The plug has two wires but 3 poles coming from the monitor. Would the two big poles be + and the smaller one negative?

The JD 435 came out setup with just a power and ground wire for the monitor. The plug you have should be round with three pins in it.

The picture I am attaching is looking into the female plug that would have been on the tractor. You can buy this plug in a kit at your JD dealership. You only need the 20 amp 3 pin CONVENIENCE OUTLET plug not the 30 Amp newer plug for the 66 series and newer balers. It comes with a circuit breaker, harness and the female socket with cover. With JDs new parts system I can not find the part number of the kit right now. (wasted 45 minutes looking and gave up)

Pin diagram:
I-ground
H- Battery supplied, powered all the time
J- powered controlled by the key switch.

The balers factory harness only used the I-ground and H- battery powered terminals. The J hole in the monitor side of the plug usually did not have a pin in it.
