Continuous Flat Belt Purchase

I live in middle-north part of Maryland, and am looking for suggestions about where to purchase a continuous flat belt (4in), for my John Deere B to run a sheller. I'll be looking at the auctions/tractor shows, but would like to know who may still manufacturers them, and their contact info???

What you are calling continuous the makers call endlass and they are 3 or 4' shorter than the specified length as that is the cut length of the belt before the splice is put in. They are for small diameter pullys as they flex better than the belt with the lace. Typicaly you only find the endlass in 6 standard or possibly a 7" width due to what the aplication was for and they cost about a fourth more to buy new. You are not going to have to worry about the lace joint going bad on a small diameter pully as those pullys are not a 4" diameter pully like a hammermill

If you can find one at an auction they go pretty cheap. Problem is many of them at auctions have seen better days. I bought one several years ago for $1 that was very long but had some bad spots. I cut out the bad spots and spliced it back together and made a shorter one. It works OK on my sheller but I wouldn't put it on my hammer mill where it needs to be a lot tighter.

As I said in another post, I bought 2 used round bailer belts, cut the ends off and had them relaced. The 2 together ran around 40_+ft and were smoother than when I took them apart and ran one singly.
