ih-100 sickle mower home(parts machine)

got the ih-100 sickle mower home from barrhead, the parts machine, other than looking like it's been outside for the last 50 years it's pretty straight. nothing broke bent or busted. missing hyd. ram, needs new tires and you can only rotate pulley about 60 degrees and it locks up, but looking down the cutter bar the guards are all over the place, so hoping it's just a jammed knife bar?

It all looks good lay the blade down and it'll probably become obvious what the problem is.

that's the plan T.F. I went yesterday to kindersly sask. and picked up the other ih-100, 550 kilometers! each way, 12 hour round trip through fog and snow. when I got there brian had it hooked to his kabota tractor, fired it up and it ran smooth, no shaking rattling clattering like the case pitman mower. brian still has the 1st. tractor his dad bought in 1953 a ih wd6, it has been restored and looks like it just left the ih dealers, this was the tractor they pulled the ih 100 mower with.
