Those brackets are a pretty specific fit.

Some years ago I bought a 3100 at a sale with IH brackets (don't remember when was stenciled on them for sure, probably 806 through 1256???).

I was planning to install it on a 4020 DEERE and nothing was even CLOSE enough that I tried to modify them, someone had a DEERE set I bought reasonably and sold the IH brackets later.

I don't remember the specifics, of the major differences, but there's a lot of little pieces welded together with a LOT of weld, and it was more than I cared to deal with.

Leave it on the '9'.The '9' is wider. All the bolt holes will be in the wrong places.....As was said,Those type loaders were pretty specific on their mounts.
