A few weeks ago I purchased a used 14 ft. IH 370 disk. Tried it today and it seemed work good. I noticed that about 1/2 of the sealed bearings have grease fittings and the others don't. I assume the ones without grease fittings are originals and the others are replacements. Question, is there anything thing you can do to lubricate the ones without fittings? Thanks. Al

just run it. don't mess with the seals. if the bearings fail, replace them. it's not a huge deal, and they should last a while then.

Check them for heat after disking for 20 minutes . If they are not super hot don't worry about them.. I wouldn't go poking into those seals with anything though.

Thanks for the input. Think I will just use it and watch/feel the bearings. Worst thing would be that I have to replace a few. This is my 1st disk with sealed bearings as my IH 37 disk just has those pipe bearings. Al

You may be able to insert a grease needle under the seal and get grease in there that way.
