My round baler 545 not understand when ball is ready. And my husband make a force if ball is full (nr5)

Check to see if the spool on the hyd valve(parts key #9) is shifting to the "twine apply" mode when tail gate is closed, I've seen the spool get dirty causing it not to shift plus hay/chaff build up not allowing it to shift. Are ALL 5 springs intact and attached correctly?????

I forget mention before. Baler make ball and not started stringing. We want smaller ball, husband regualted machine, but ball is same. Then he make started stringing manually. I named this action machine not understand, when ball is ready

Sounds like typical symptoms for twine valve mechanism that doesn't reset when tail gate is closed. Refer to my first post.
