Anyone out there have one? I'm into a complete tear-down and repair. The tensioner consists of a long bolt, nut, 2 washers, and a spring. The Woods manual shows a completely different tensioner. Every thing came apart out of sight under the pully so I am guessing what order it goes in. Just want to make sure so if someone has one, I'd really, really appreciate a double-check. thanks.

When it"s time to replace the belt, try Agri Supply (800/345-169). Belts for my RM59 were in the $15 range (+ UPS) vs $70+ at the dealer and $40+ at the local auto supply store.

Thanks for that lead. The belt on this monster is frightening. A single belt runs all 3 cutting pullys, around the tensioner, around 2 pullys to change direction, and around the flywheel.

and that's how it usually goes; just after sending out the cry for help, I find the 'alternate' parts diagram that shows the configuration on my particular mower. sorry.
