hey everyone thanks for absolutely nothing!!!!! ! i cant believe out of all the people that visit this site that in 4 days i havent gotten any response to my fast hitch mower question thanks again. i must need to have more modern equipment to talk to you people

You didn't state a model number, give a picture, or even state what tractor the mower was on. Kind of hard to help you if you don't give some more info. IH didn't use a single stick for every mower they ever made.
Like OLD told you before, not having the correct pitman stick to start with requires getting the length and hole positions correct when fitting a "universal" one or the mower won't cut much of anything.

I think we need more information. 1 point or 2 point would be a starter, then size of points-frame. Too many models for not enough information.
