Hello,
I recently purchased a David Bradley 75 Manure SPreader which has never been used. Has a great story that goes with it that it was purchased and then stored in a hay mow the past 60 or so years. Actually saw daylight for the first time two days ago!
I was so excited about using the manure spreader on our small farm when I was told not to use it as it has historical value?
Like I said never used, stored inside for 60 years, paint is great and just had grease put in the grease fittings for the first time because there was still factory paint over the fittings. It also came with 2 Sears Roebuck Shipping tags still attached. "David Bradley 75" is clearly written on the sides in green with the lines/logo underneath it. It is a deep bright red with green rims and green beaters.
My question is, if I use it will I ruin the value or should it be preserved as historical? Are there many of these around?
Where can I get an owners manual...
ANy and all opinions appreciated
