Disk Identity?

Getting ready to put in a garden for a neighbor in sod. going to disk it up real good. I know it will take forever with a disk but it's been years since this old girl has seen any real work so Im going to make her earn her keep. Pulled this old disk out of the fence row, and surprisingly, all the zerks took grease except 2. pumped a whole tube in her so she ought to be ready to go. It's deffinatley seen better days, and is missing some adjustment linkages but there's another I can use for parts and think I might shoot some paint on it. trouble is, what is it?

Oh yeah, I need to get a hammer strap for my hitch, but a TSC shackle will do for now,

Looks like parts of an old John Deere disk we had about fifty years ago, and it was in parts, too. You could set the rear gang independantly from the front gangs. There was another set of straps that went from the front gang to the rears.
