Following Rusty's logic, does it lock into the rotation stops/latches?

2 questions. You say " not rolling over full 180" How far is it rolling over? Have you tried plowing with it yet? Remember plowing left, left wheel is 8 in. down in the furrow. plowing right, right wheel is down. Plow won't rotate a full 180. Just a thought as went through this with my ford rollover.
