i am looking at a moore unitill grain drill. anyone ever have one? will they do a good job planting no till beans? i am thinking of trying some notill oats in sod. any thoughts welcomed

I had one 25 yrs. ago it was good in sod or wheat stubble but corn stalks was a bit tough. Make sure you know where to get parts as they were very hard to get when I had mine. On the other side if I could find one near s.e. mich. I would be very interested in it. frank

You can contact them in N. Ireland to see if anybody is distibuting parts in North America. On of the distibutors in the northeast US used to handle them . . . can't remember if it was Cummings & Bricker or Hamilton Equipment . . . .
