I have operated a american #2 sawmill for about 35 years and without problems until a few weeks ago. A pinion drive gear for the carriage cable system has broke in half and I am searching for another in hopes of not having to machine a new one. Does any one have one laying around some where? henry j

I had bought a Frick sawmill about 25 years ago but never set it up, then sold it several years later to an amishman. While I had it I was rounding up some missing parts and there was a sawmill parts dealer somewhere in Eastern PA, I have tried to remember the name or where it was but no-can-do. If they are even still in business I don't know.

I think Corley or Frick used the same gear. Mine wore out on my Corley mill but got a new one thru the Corley dealer.
