We recently picked up our latest project. A JD 420.

We were also able to aquire the cultivator for it.
As far as I know (my guess) it is about the same year as the 420.
It has been used very little, and is in overall decent shape. A few bolts are missing, and there is some rust, but nothing is broken, welded, ect.

Sorry about the bad cell phone picture. Ill get it rolled over, and get some better shots later.

Anyhow,
what do I have here??

All I can tell, its a JD, I do have a front bracket that bolts to the tractor, for mounting this cultivator. senoj

It's hard to see in the picture, but are the arms where the lifting pipes are attached on the top or the bottom of the bar they are mounted on? If they are on the top you would have an ABG200 series cultivator. If this bar is on the bottom you have a cultivator for your 420 or similar tractors. Mike

Correct me if im wrong, but wasnt the abg200 for the 50,60, and 70 series tractors?

The last owner ran this unit on the 420 pictured.

Actually the ABG200 cult was built for styled A,B & G tractors just as name implies. Quick-tach frames were built that would bolt on cult to fit later models tractors also. My dad had a 200 series cult on a 3010 when I was a kid.

I think your cult is a 4100 and 4110 Row-Crop Cultivators shown in PC 288
