Farmall baling

just for grins,I hooked the SM to the baler today,BIG windrows,hi capacity baler,the 'super' bellered,never faltered.I had a ball!(used to bale 1000s yearly with him,now mostly use an 826hydro)Not much sounds better than an M working!

Thats right. Put in some long days in the field with a 48 M when I was in my middle teens and loved every minute of it. Keepin my finger crossed hopping I do not find to much wrong with the MD I just got. Can't say I ever heard a MD working.

they sound like an M, except with that diesel sound.

Hi NEKS: Keep your fingers crossed on the MD because the parts be very expensive. I've got 6 years running a Super MD from brand new in '53 to end of '59. Great running engine when new. I guess diesel is a bit different blend now? ag
